Desarrollado sobre la base de la arquitectura distribuida, el dispositivo de acceso multiservicio de la serie EA5800 se posiciona como el OLT de próxima generación para NG-PON. Con la tecnología de acceso virtual, proporciona una plataforma de transporte unificada para múltiples servicios a través de una red de fibra, como banda ancha, inalámbrica, video y backhaul de video.

La serie EA5800 soporta acceso GPON, XG-PON, XGS-PON, P2P 10GE/GE y admite redes POL, FTTH, FTTB y FTTC. Por lo tanto, simplifica la arquitectura de red y reduce OPEX.
